Scarface: The World Is Yours is an action-adventure video game that was developed by Radical Entertainment and published by Sierra Entertainment. The video game was released on October 10, 2006. In order for the video game to be released in Germany, it had to be censored as the uncensored version was mostly banned in the country.

- Blood splatters were reduced in size.
- Dismemberment is no longer possible.
- Hit displays were removed.
- The Chainsaw weapon was removed.
- In the mission Babylon Redux / return to the Babylon Club blood was removed, the amount of enemies reduced and you no longer can shoot civilians.
Where to find it uncensored[]
The blood patch reduces the amount of censorship and every other country has it completely uncensored.
