Jak II is a American action game that was developed by Naughty Dog, and it was released on October 14, 2003. Due to the game targeting a younger audience in Japan, some violence was toned down in order to make it appeal to kids and family's.

- In the uncensored version Jak is allowed to kill civilians, this mechanic was modified for the Japanese release. In the Japanese version it is impossible to kill civilians.
