Gothic II is a RPG that was developed by Piranha Bytes and published by JoWooD Productions (Europe), Atari, Inc. (North America). The video game was released on November 29, 2002. Due to the game targeting a 12 USK rating the game was censored in Germany.

- In 2009 the game was banned in Australia and was refused classification status for unknown reasons.

- Blood splatters were removed.
- Pools of blood were removed.
- Guts on zombies were removed.
Where to find it uncensored[]
After the initial censored version in Germany was released, the uncensored version was made available everywhere else on June 13, 2003.
