Sonic Unleashed is a platforming and adventure game developed by Sega and Sonic Team and published by Sega. The video game was released on November 18, 2008. Sega toned down the violence and a innuendo worldwide in order to ensure lower age ratings for the game.

- The scene that shows Sonic being electrocuted at the opening scene by Dr. Eggman was modified for the released release. In the beta uncensored version you can see Sonic's skeleton. In the released version you can no longer see Sonic's skeleton when he gets electrocuted.
- The line "Hm, maybe you can go and warm the buns." it was changed to "Hm, maybe you can go and try to catch me."
