This is a non-exhaustive list of the games censored on the Dreamcast.

Capcom vs. SNK: Millennium Fight 2000[]

  • Strong language was removed from the International release.

Capcom vs. SNK 2: Mark of the Millennium 2001[]

  • The game was made more family friendly for the International release.

Grand Theft Auto 2[]

  • Violence was toned down in the German release.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure[]

  • Violence was censored for the International release.

Millennium Soldier: Expendable[]

  • Violence was toned down in the German release.

Resident Evil 2[]

  • Violence was toned down in the Japanese release. The German release removed most of the blood.

Resident Evil 3: Nemesis[]

  • Decapitation was removed from the Japanese release. Decapitation was also mostly removed from the North American release; the European release also censors the game. The German release further censored the game toning most of the violence.

Resident Evil Code: Veronica[]

  • Nazi elements were removed from the European release.

Shenmue 2[]

  • Religious elements were removed from the International release and the game was made more family friendly.

Skies of Arcadia[]

  • Smoking, blood and Alcohol were removed, and sexuality was toned down for the International release.

Slave Zero[]

  • Violence was toned down in the German release.

Soldier of Fortune[]

  • Violence was toned down in the German release.

Sonic Adventure[]

  • Sexuality was toned down worldwide and received further censorship for the International release.

Sonic Adventure 2[]

  • Language was toned down worldwide.

King of Fighters Dream Match[]

  • Alcohol was removed from the North American release.

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear[]

  • Violence was toned down in the German release.
