Disney+ is a content streaming service that launched on November 12, 2019. Unlike Hulu, content on Disney+ is streamed without ads. In India, the Disney+ service is provided via Hotstar.
Due to the policies on Disney+ content, some of its streaming content had to be edited from the original version; some used versions that have their content modified before Disney+. Its policy does not permit content higher than rated PG-13 or TV-14; more mature content belongs to the Hulu streaming service in the United States or the Star content hub of Disney+ in other countries.
It is unknown if Disney+ will censor its own original content.
