Daredevil is an American superhero movie that was produced by New Regency Enterprises, Marvel Enterprises and Horseshoe Bay Productions and distributed by 20th Century Fox. The film was released on February 14, 2003. In order to be released with a PG-13 rating, a number of scenes were cut. Later, a R-rated Director's Cut was released. HBO Max uses the censored PG-13 cut.

  • The scene that shows a barmaid pulling her shirt to show a couple of bikers her breast after Quesada has a drink was cut.
  • The scene that shows a thug shooting at Daredevil and then shooting the ceiling fan, which causes the bullet to bounce off and hit him was cut.
  • The scene that shows Daredevil stepping through the fire that is on the pool table was cut.
  • The scene that shows Matt having a vision of Lisa Tazio getting shot was cut.
  • The scene that shows Daredevil fighting Elektra was shortened.
  • The scene where Bullseye says "I want a fucking costume." was changed to "I want a bloody costume."
  • The scene that shows Daredevil standing up and throwing his cane in Bullseye's face was cut.

Where to find it uncensored[]
