Command and Conquer Tiberian Sun is a American RTS video game that was developed by Westwoo Studios and was published by Electronic Arts. And it was released on August 27, 1999, due to the German release targeting a 16 rating violence was toned down.

- In the German release red blood was digitally recolored blue.
- The death cry's that infantry make were changed to metallic sounds.
- The scene that shows Slavik cutting General Hassan's throat was modified for the German release. In the German version it was replaced with a scene showing the Nod infantry standing while they watch General Hassan die.
- The scene that shows a tank running over a GDI solider was modified for the German release. In the German version it was replaced with a black screen.
- The scene that shows a Nod solider shooting a GDI solider was modified for the German release. In the German version the scene was digitally darkened.
- The scene that shows a close up on a wall covered in blood was modified for the German release. In the German version the scene was replaced with a black screen.
