Brynhildr in the Darkness is a Japanese anime that was made by Arms and was released on April 6, 2014 and it ended on June 29, 2014. Due to Crunchyroll using the censored Japanese TV airing of the anime and not using the Blu-ray uncensored release.

  1. The scene that shows one of the Witches lying naked on a examination table tied down to it was modified for the censored broadcast. In the censored broadcast bright lights covers her butt.
  • Episode 4
  1. The scene that shows bits and pieces of Neko's arms and legs lying in the pool of blood was modified for the censored broadcast. In the censored broadcast the bits of arms and legs lying in the pool of blood were removed.
  2. The scene that shows Ryouta stabbing Saori through the chest was modified for the censored broadcast. In the censored version black shadows cover most of the blade and the entry wound.
  3. The scene that shows a zoomed out shot of Ryouta stabbing Saori through the chest was modified for the censored broadcast. In the censored version black shadows completely covers the blade and the entry wound.
