Breaking Bad

Breaking Bad was a American Crime show made byAMC, it was released in January 20, 2008. Due to AMC being a basic cable channel some scenes where censored due to the network's standards, as a result strong language and nudity was censored in the USA. When the first episode aired outside the USA it was censored, FX wanted to make it more family friendly, and they wanted to shorten the episode as a result some scenes were cut.

Season 1

USA Censorship

• Episode 1

1. The scene where Walter is taking to Bogdan, and says "Fuck you, Bogdan!" was modified for the AMC broadcast. The word "fuck" was muted.
2. The scene where Walter is taking to Bogdan, and says  "I said fuck you!" was modified for the AMC broadcast. The word "fuck" was muted."
3. The scene where Hank is complaining, and says "What, do you work at the fucking Pottery Barn?" was modified for the AMC broadcast.
4. The scene that shows Jesse's girlfriend throwing Jesse's clothes out of the window was modified for the AMC broadcast. Her breasts were blurred.
5. The scene where Emilio says "You ratasnitch motherfucker!" was modified for the AMC broadcast. The word "motherfucker" was muted.

International Censorship

1. The scene that shows Walter waking up and starts walking around his house at night was replaced with a scene showing the house during the day.
2. The scene that where Walter's wife tells her son "Eat it." was cut.
3. The scene that shows Walter getting out of the car when he parks in the school parking lot was cut.

1. The scene that shows a topless dancer laying down on a couch was modified for the AMC broadcast. The AMC broadcast version zooms in on Jesse's face, as a result you do not see the nude dancer.
2. The scene that shows the dancers entertaining Jesse was modified for the AMC broadcast. The AMC broadcast version changed the camera angle, as a result you see less cleavage.
3. The scene that shows a close up a topless dancer was modified for the AMC broadcast. The AMC broadcast version zoomed in on Jesse and the people near Jesse.
4. The scene that shows two topless dancers pressing their bodies aginest Jesse's was modified for the AMC broadcast. It was replaced with a scene scene, the new scene shows wine bottles and champagne bottles.
5. The scene that shows two topless dancers dancing with each other, and pressing their breasts aginest each others breasts was modified for the AMC broadcast. The AMC broadcast version replaces the scene. The new scene that shows champagne being poured into a glass.
6. The scene that shows two topless dancers, and shows one though the other boobs and sucking their was modified for the AMC broadcast. The AMC broadcast version replaces the scene. The new scene shows people dancing.
7. The scene that shows the two topless dancers was modifed for the AMC broadcast. It is replaced with a close up of a girl.
